The Epson Preferred Plus Return for Repair offers an economically priced extended service plan that keeps your product up and running by ensuring Epson Certified Technicians repair them. Parts and labor are included with the Epson Preferred Plus Return for Repair Plan.

Within the first 90 days of product purchase, you may buy this plan to cover you for an additional year after your limited warranty period ends. You may purchase plans up to 5 years of total coverage. Renewals of the extended service plan may be purchased as long as a prior service plan is in effect.

Replacement Warranty Options **
Spare-In-The-Air is a highly affordable service solution for companies that cannot afford to have their systems out of service for longer than 72 business hours. This quick, overnight replacement program bridges the gap between the turnaround time of depot repair and the higher cost of onsite service. Make one phone call to Epson, and a replacement unit is express-shipped overnight to arrive the next day. Then, just return the damaged unit to Epson. It's that easy. Shipping both ways is always paid for by Epson. We at Aptika highly recommend getting the three-year Spare-In-The-Air option.
